As in the description. It hasn't worked very well for me because it stretches too much, but the item is as indicated in the description.
This is the one that has the lowest resistance and i'm not sure if it is the narrowness of the band or the manufacturing, but it sure wants to twist in on itself. I also have the red, purple, and blue ones and they do not twist like that. The spring back also seems a little sluggish, but that may be due to the weak resistance since the other colors spring back quickly particularly the higher resistance ones (purple and blue). For the price, though, it works as intended. Where else are you going to get a resistance band for under $2us?
