The belt itself is quite thin and narrow, so I was a bit worried, but after using it, I found that it provides solid support from the waist to the back, so there are no particular issues with its use.
However, I purchased size L according to the chart for a waist of 85cm, but the velcro part turned around and came off, so I plan to buy size M next time.
