Put it on the chair and sit down, it's comfortable

It's a firm and soft sponge, so it's not hard. It feels comfortable when you first sit down, but as soon as you sit down, the sponge compresses, so it doesn't really feel like it helps with posture. However, my coworker said it was very comfortable, so I ordered one... It's better to consider the usage criteria carefully before purchasing.

Despite the low price, it is very effective. I am using it as a substitute for a stock chair while working on the computer. My hip pain has significantly decreased. Thank you.
