Sports Knee Pads for MPadded Sports Knee Pads – Elastic Compression Knee Cushion for Dance, Volleyball & Yogaen, Women & Kids – Protective Knee Brace for Dance, Yoga, Volleyball, Football, Running & Tennis

Thickened Sponge Cushioning. 4-Way Elastic Flexibility. Total Floor Impact Defense.

Whether dropping into floor routines during dance practice, diving on hardwood during a volleyball match, or holding deep kneeling poses in yoga, direct impact with hard surfaces batters your patellar tendon and causes painful bruising. Bulky, rigid plastic guards protect against scrapes, but they severely restrict joint bending and pinch behind the knee. The Healtence Padded Sports Knee Pads combine dense, shock-absorbing EVA foam padding with a soft, breathable compression sleeve to deliver impact cushioning without compromising mobility[cite: 35].

Anatomical Articulated Knee Contouring
Engineered with an ergonomic, pre-curved sponge pad, this sleeve cradles the front of your kneecap to disperse kinetic shock across the entire joint structure[cite: 35]. The high-elastic circular knit hugs the thigh and upper calf securely, ensuring the pad stays centered over your patella through sprints, lunges, and rapid floor slides without slipping down[cite: 35].

Key Benefits & Features:

• Thickened High-Density Sponge Core: Dampens blunt force impact when dropping to hard floors, protecting against patellar bursitis, bruising, and carpet burn[cite: 35].
• Unrestricted Range of Motion: Flexible composite fabric permits deep squats, kneeling, and full leg extension without bunching up in the popliteal crease behind the knee[cite: 35].
• Breathable & Sweat-Wicking: Ventilated knit fabric allows airflow to reach your skin, keeping your legs cool and preventing sweat buildup during intense training sessions.
• Universal Multi-Sport Versatility: The ideal joint protector for dance, volleyball, yoga, gymnastics, wrestling, basketball, gardening, and gym training[cite: 35].
• Family-Inclusive Sizing: Available from Extra Small (XS) for young kids up to Large (L) for adults, offering tailored protection for every family member[cite: 34, 35].
• Sold as a Complete Pair: Every order includes two (2) matching knee pads (one pair) for balanced, bilateral protection[cite: 35].

Size Guide & Fit Recommendations
Measure the circumference of your thigh approximately 4 inches (10 cm) above the center of your kneecap[cite: 35]:

Fit Tip: For a snug athletic compression fit that stays locked during diving, choose your exact measured size. If you prefer a lighter, looser fit for everyday kneeling or yoga, select one size up.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

Does this order include one pad or a pair?
Every order includes one complete pair (2 individual knee pads), giving you protection for both knees out of the box[cite: 35].

Will the foam flatten out after repeated floor dives?
No. The core uses high-density cellular sponge foam that absorbs impact and rebounds immediately to its original protective shape without bottoming out[cite: 35].

Can children wear these for dance and gymnastics?
Yes! The **XS** and **S** sizes are specifically proportioned for youth and adolescent leg circumferences, providing non-slip joint protection for junior cheerleaders, dancers, and athletes[cite: 34, 35].

Can they be worn under clothing?
Yes, the soft knit sleeve has a relatively slim profile that can slide comfortably under loose sweatpants, warmups, or track pants.
