Frequently Asked Questions

Is this massager cordless or rechargeable?
The standard Black model must remain plugged into a power source (either the wall outlet or your car's 12V port) during use. However, we do offer a specific Rechargeable Beige model in our store if you prefer a wireless experience.

Can the heat be turned off?
Yes! You can operate the deep-kneading massage nodes with or without the infrared heat function active, allowing you to customize your therapy session.

Can I use this while driving?
While the massager includes a 12V car adapter and fits securely on car seats, we do not recommend the driver using the massager while actively operating a vehicle, as it can be distracting. It is perfect for passengers or for use while parked.
